The swiss oyster knife produced in the sknife manufactury is made of a novel surgical steel. Therefore the swiss oyster knife has a four times higher corrosion resistance and high hardness of 58 HRC.
As of recently Marcel Lesoille – Recordman and World Champion in Oyster Opening – is our ambassador for the sknife oyster knives. In one hour he opens 2’064 oysters.
