The swiss steak fork - consistant with the steak and table knife - is handmade and produced in the sknife knife manufactury in Biel. The swiss steak fork made of surgical steel is forged in Emmental. Upgrade: torsion damask (Damasteel) with 1'000 layers. The handle is made of local stabilized ash tree and walnut. In Europe there are only three remaining manufacturer who produce forks in one piece. In Switzerland sknife is even the only one remaining. The steak cutlery walnut was honoured with the Red Dot Design Award 2018 "Red Dot: Best of the Best".
